Identity Card Polices
Please note that the guests are required to provide valid government approved photo identity proof at the reception at the time check in, without which the guests will not be allowed t check-in.
- The identification proofs that are accepted are:
- ✔️ Passports, Driving License, Aadhar Card, and ID’s issued by Government of India or state Governments having Photo of
the Guest and his residential Address.
- ✔️ PAN card and Company employee cards are not acceptable as Address Proof / Valid ID Proof.
- ✔️ Foreigners are required to submit their passports with valid Visa at the time of check in.
- ✔️ NRI’s if submitting ID’s issued outside India will be required to submit a copy of their Passport as well.
- ✔️ Room cannot be allocated to a guest if ID’s are not provided at the Time of Check In.
- ✔️ In case of dispute on the ID proof the decision of the Hotel management will be Final.
- ✔️ Age Limit for availing River Rafting facility is 14 years and it is mandatory to have the id card proving age of child.
- ✔️ Please note that the property reserves the Right of Admission./li>
- ✔️ Please note that the primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check in the hotel.
- (No refund will be granted for any cancellations due to issue with Age or unacceptable ID provided by the guests at the property)
